Is there a way to split some stuff off the tools panel?

For example, my little shelf on the right has to Tools panel in it, and I find that the new Subtool and Geometry rollouts are super long. I would love to rip the subtools one out and put it in the shelf on the left so I don’t have t scroll up and down so much. If anyone knows of a way to do this I would appreciate it. Thanks.
