What is my Username and Password ?
Your Username is the email address you entered when making the purchase through Paypal. Your Password has been sent to that email address.
Can't find the email with your Username and Password ?
Check the spam / bulk / junk mail in your email account. The email we sent to you containing these details may have accidentally been treated as spam or junk mail by your email provider.
I've logged in but can't download the file successfully - what's going wrong?
Our download system is thoroughly tested with Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Firefox browsers. If you are using a different browser, this may be the cause of your problem.
